At Custom Paints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces. If your order isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
